1. Election of Chair –

Cllr Widdison Nominated

Proposed by Cllr Creek

Seconded by Cllr Elliott

Declaration of acceptance of Office signed

2. Election of Vice Chair –

Cllr Firth was Nominated

Proposed by Cllr Elliott

Seconded by – Cllr Creek

Declaration of acceptance of Office will be signed when Cllr Firth is available

3. Apologies - Cllr Firth, Cllr Martin

4. Resolve to accept the minutes of the previous Annual Parish Council meeting (17/05/2021)

Cllr Creek -as the only member at the previous meeting accepted the minutes as true record.
