NORMANBY-BY-SPITAL PARISH COUNCIL
Notice to residents attending the Meeting on 13th November 2019
Please read these notes to ensure that your views can be properly heard
- This is not a Public Meeting - it is a Parish Council Meeting held under “Standing Orders”, the rules which govern the proceedings, public speaking time and items on the Agenda.
- If you wish to speak, please tell the Clerk on arrival. Please give your name, where you live and declare any interests.
- Public speaking time is subject to Standing Orders which allow 15 minutes and a maximum of five minutes per speaker, before the Parish Council meeting starts.
- Two articles were published in November Signpost – fewer than the required three Councillors have requested that the Neighbourhood Plan be put back on the Agenda so it cannot be discussed at this meeting.
- No comments may be made during the Parish Council meeting.
- Some written submissions have been received and will be considered. No decisionswill be made at the meeting.
- The NP Committee can continue its work including Normanby without Nby PC involvement if Owmby PC agrees as it is the lead Council and Nby has no financial input to the project.
