Events Pro Forma
It was agreed that the Parish Councils should be the signatories to any contract for hire of the park until the ToR are amended to reflect this power being held by CPC
B Moulson had circulated draft documentation: following feedback, final version to be drafted, circulated to CPC and final version shared with PCs for approval

Works on the Park
It was agreed to move the benches by the play equipment away from the waste bin (H&S states seating to be at least 2m from bins – the bin was incorrectly installed by former NPC councillors & WLDC)
Relocation of benches, wood treatment etc to take place over 2-day weekend by early May
PPE to be purchased – goggles, gloves, dust masks
Basic tools to be purchased – minimum required to be determined by I Brooke
Open Consultation Event - priority
Consultation to be held one Sunday in May, with free refreshments. I Brooke to check school availability. Displays to be created on planned works, future aspirations for the park etc to inform the next Action Plan.

A modest number of events to be held this year:
Scarecrow Festival in July
Family Fun Day in September
Craft Fair and Christmas Jumper Walk in December
Future Training Programme
It was agreed that it would be appropriate for certain members of the CPC to gain knowledge/certification / undertake training for:
- First Aid
- Food Hygiene
- Disclosure & Barring Service (certificates) – for working with children/young people/vulnerable adults
- Fire Awareness / Safety
- TEN – Temporary Events Notice – when is this needed
