I hereby give notice of summons to attend an Extraordinary Meeting of the Parish Council that will be held on the following:

Tuesday 03rd August 2021 to commence at 7.30pm. 

The EOM will be held at the following place:

BOTTLE & GLASS PUBLIC HOUSE, MAIN STREET, NORMANBY BY SPITAL, LN8 2HE

Members of the public are welcome to attend.  As this is an Extraordinary Meeting there will not be any opportunity for the public to ask questions.

1. Welcome to all Councillors and any members of the public sitting in observation.  The Chair will remind all attending the need for courtesy and the need for safe social distancing 

2. Apologies for absence from Councillors Declarations of interest – for the Council to note including dispensations presented to the Clerk

3. Motion to exclude members of press and public from participation but can remain to viewFor the following agenda points members of the public and press will be asked to remain silent

4. Formal note of the resignation of former Cllr Roy Bellamy as Chair and Parish Councillor 

5. Nominations for the role of Chair of the Parish Council and formal vote for the role of Chair Partnership Agreement – recommendation to agree the detail in principle and to agree way forward
