If any member of the public present wishes to voice their views on any subject, they may do so in the 15 minutes prior to the Council meeting commencing. If the subject does not appear later on the agenda, then the subject cannot be discussed by Council at this meeting but, if wished, it will be placed on the agenda for the next meeting.
