It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ken Green, a beloved member of our community who served the Normanby by Spital Parish Council with unwavering dedication for over 40 years. In that time, his roles moved from Clerk to Treasurer to Councillor, and then for an extended period Chairman. Ken contributed immensely to the betterment of our parish, leaving an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing and working alongside him.
Ken's commitment, wisdom, and kindness enriched our community in countless ways, and his absence will be deeply felt by all who had the pleasure of his company. We extend our deepest condolences to Ken's family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched.
Funeral details will be announced in due course. In the meantime, let us remember Ken fondly and cherish the legacy he leaves behind.
